With the Stage 4, Nord is entering its 4th generation of Stage models. For many years now, Nord has been known for its exceptional sound quality, both in terms of samples and virtual analogue reproductions of organs and synthesisers. Its open structure makes it possible to add new sounds all the time, and this is no different with the Nord Stage 4. This model has an updated control panel with individual volumes and full effect sections for each sound layer. The Nord Stage 4 is the most complete among Nord instruments, containing, apart from the piano, a synth section based entirely on the Nord Wave 2 and an extensive virtual organ section with drawbars and rotary speaker simulations. The weighted three-sensor keyboard also gives you a lot of pianistic freedom in terms of feel. And despite all these features, the Nord Stage 4 has still managed to retain its compact design and is also among the lightest of its kind in terms of weight.
